Food isn’t just a passion - it’s my religion. Cooking it, eating it, obsessing over it, I’d marry food if I could. I’m no Michelin-star chef or food critic, but there’s nothing I love more than finding new flavors, dissecting recipes, and discovering products that blow my mind.
This section is my playground for sharing the spots, bites, and recipes that made me borderline emotional.
My goal? To make you experience the same kind of food-induced bliss (read: climax) I did.
In Michelin-starred spots, the food’s obviously the star, but service plays a big role too. It’s all about the little things - like how the water pours, how the napkins are folded, and if the cutlery’s all oriented the same way. I’m overly critical of service over food, honestly. It’s those small touches that make the whole thing feel effortless, you know?
The more you try to go all out, the worse the experience will be. Whether it's food, service, or whatever - just keep it real. Find what works, stick to it, and stop trying to impress. No need for the extra, just let things be.
Is the restaurant throwing gold flakes on every dish? Red flag. Is the restaurant sprinkling caviar on every dish? Red flag. Is there foam or liquid nitrogen for no reason? Red flag.
If you're more into the Instagram aesthetic than the actual meal, I’m not buying it. Stick to simple ingredients and techniques that work. If you’re just chasing trends, focus on your social media niche and stay there
